One of the most dynamic kinds of mosaic is glass on glass. There is no grout used to weigh it down which lets the light pour through the mosaic.  The light plays an important role as in emphasizes the colors and textures of the glass and objects in it.  All have stained glass tined edges and a silver chain for hanging.
